Return Policy
Our returns policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return grill parts for a full parts refund.

NOTE: On all stock heating parts that are in factory sealed packages you may return within 30 days of receipt for a full parts refund. However, items that are not in sealed packages, installed or special order will not be accepted back for a refund. We cannot assure that these parts are new, never installed, and in saleable condition.

Please follow this procedure:

1. Simply indicate the reason for the return.

2. Tell us the action you want us to take: issue credit or exchange for another part.

3. Please include a copy of the invoice with your return, together with the credit card information (card number and expiration date).

4. If you want credit, we will issue credit.

5. If you want to exchange the part, we will ship the new parts out via UPS ground service.

6. Please allow up to 10 business days for return processing to be completed and the credit or new parts to be sent out to you.

7. Send the package with the above information to the following address:

If an item or items have freight damage, all such claims must be made to the freight carrier.

Defective items being returned for warranty are subject to manufacturer's terms. Any merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. We will give full credit back for any returned parts in new condition, however, all return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.


Shopping FAQs

Do you sell heat exchangers or compressors?
No. We do not carry heat exchangers or compressors. Due to the nature of these components, they must be installed by trained, professional HVAC technicians or factory-authorized dealers. Back to Top

Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa and MasterCard are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or MasterCard logo. Back to Top

How much is shipping?
The shipping rate for all parts in the catalog is $9.90 shipped UPS Ground to the lower 48 states with the exception of 4 foot posts ($9.90) and "rebuild kits" ($12.90 to $19.90)or ($19.90 for stainless steel sets). Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $26.90. There is also an upcharge if you pick the UPS ground with shipping insurance ($14.90). This is the total shipping charge, not "per item" and no restriction on weight or quantity. We do ship worldwide. Ground shipping costs to Canada are $44.95 to $49.95 if the package is 10 pounds or less. If the shipment is heavier than 10 pounds you may be charged more for shipping. UPS Worldwide shipping to Great Britian is $79.90 for orders 10 pounds or less. If the shipment is heavier than 10 pounds you may be charged more for shipping. Optional shipping insurance is available for $5.00 to all locations. Do you ship other means than ground?
Yes. We ship overnight, second day air, third day select. Please call to place order it you would like fast shipping. Back to Top

Shipping FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 1-5 days. Next Day Air, Second Day Air and 3rd Day Select are all available at a higher charge. We ship internationally by UPS except to Canada were it ships by the United Stated Post Office by Air Mail. We will process all orders before 4:00 PM CST Mon-Fri, any orders received after that time will not be processed and shipped out until the next business day. (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not counted as business days) Orders will ship within 2 business days after ordering. Please email international or special shipping orders. Not all orders will be shipped same day even it ordered before 4pm CST if the shipping department is backed up. Back to Top

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. Therefore, no you cannot have an order shipped to a P.O. Box. Back to Top

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address. Back to Top

Are there any extra charges other than shipping charges?
There is a $5.00 handling fee for phoned in orders. It depends on where you live. When you ship parts outside the the United States you might incur a duty, tariff, or brokerage fee, in addition to the cost of parts and freight. However, we only charge a freight/shipping fee. Can I order online but pick up at the store?
Yes! If you want to be able to get your part in a couple of hours instead of days or weeks, you can select the "Will Call" shipping option when you checkout. You'll pay online, but be able to come pick up your order at our store. The address can be found on the Contact page. Please allow 2-3 hours for us to get your order ready for you to pick up. There is a $10.00 pick up fee for all will call orders.Back to Top
